The layout is enhanced with a Bevelled Diamond Border, paired with a single Bevelled Diamond corner positioned elegantly beside the staircase for a seamless visual transition.

The perimeter features 38.1mm x 228.6mm Stucco Quartz tiles, expertly integrated into the doorway to frame the design with subtle sophistication.

All materials were installed over 5.5mm flooring‑grade ply, secured and finished using Amtico‑approved adhesive to ensure durability and long‑lasting performance.
